Jesus is married with 4 daughters, and lives in the Woodlands. In his off time, he’s the greatest girl dad of all time.
Janet Lipari
Janet is an experienced designer with so much to offer. She has been in the design space for over 10 years and loves everything about it.
Having such a fun-loving personality, Janet really is amazing when it comes to relating to people and executing vision. She loves meeting new people and working with our project managers so they stay on point! Janet is very driven and has two amazing kids who are in high school, and who dominate at sports! Janet is an amazing asset to the Regal Team.
Jessica Essner
Jessica was born and raised in Houston. She is an amazing designer with high attention to detail, and is very creative with all material selections. Organized, hard-working and an amazing human are the words used to describe her.
Jessica has been in the pool industry for several years, but her true passion is in the design space and capturing what the client wants and executing it! She is an amazing mom with two great kids and lives in Cypress Texas.
Cutter
Has over 5 years of experience in designing backyard dreams. He loves playing sports and went to college on a basketball scholarship as a point guard. Outside of work, he enjoys playing flag football with friends, hanging out with his two amazing daughters, and coaching kids basketball. He has a lot of experience with remodels or projects and bringing new designs to life and is ready to inspire clients to dream big when it comes to his designs.
Davis
Davis met Josh 10 years ago while playing hockey. He graduated from the University of Houston with a design degree. His passion is design, and doing film work. He is recently married and is a devoted member of his church where he is a big part of the film production on Sunday service. He loves bringing unique modern designs to life and no project is too small or too large for him to take on!
Josh Buzzell
Josh touches every project at Regal. He loves people and obsesses over the details. With 20 years in the pool industry, he has built some great relationships with not just amazing clients, but the top leaders in the industry.
He holds degrees from Genesis 3 – SWD, Society of Watershape designers, as well as IWI, International Watershape Institute, and is a member of the Master Pools Guild.
Having not only designed and built over 1,000 swimming pools in Houston, Josh holds more education in the pool industry than most ever will. In his off time, he loves playing sports with his kids, being with his wife of 15 years and being involved in everything they do in life. He is an active in the community and LOVES water!
