Regal Pool and Design was created in 2008 by owner Josh Buzzell to offer premier pool and outdoor living design and construction services to homeowners in The Woodlands, Texas. After hearing from clients for several years about the lack of good pool and patio design companies in the area of Conroe, Montgomery, Cypress, Magnolia and The Woodlands, he became committed to filling this market gap. He knew that in addition to quality design and construction, he wanted to provide the best customer service in the industry. With this goal in mind, Josh partnered with Edwin Escobar who’s unmatched background in service and vast knowledge of the industry allowed the company to become the ultimate Construction and Service company that it is today.
